We stand behind everything we build. If you're not satisfied with your Taiga Coolers purchase, we'll make it right.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns within 60 days of purchase — one of the longest return windows in the industry. You may return eligible items for a full refund to your original payment method, store credit, or an exchange for a different product.
To initiate a return, Start Here with your order number and reason for return. We'll send a prepaid return shipping label within 1 business day. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return.
ELIGIBLE ITEMS
• Item is in original, unused condition with all tags attached.
• Item is returned in original or equivalent protective packaging.
• Return is initiated within 60 days of the delivery date.
EXCEPTIONS
• Discounted, Bargain, and Scratch & Dent items are final sale.
• Custom-printed and custom-configured coolers are final sale. Exception: if a production error was made on our end (wrong color, defective print, incorrect configuration), we will remake or fully refund your order at no charge.
ARRIVED DAMAGED?
If your cooler arrives with shipping damage, contact us within 5 days of delivery. Include photos of the damage and your order number. We’ll resolve it quickly and at no cost to you.
WARRANTY CLAIMS
Taiga Coolers carries a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects. If you believe your issue is covered under warranty, please visit our Warranty page — warranty claims are a separate (and faster) process than a standard return.
